About Tammy

Tammy holds a Masters in Education for Curriculum and Instruction with a Computer Education endorsement from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ. She has also earned a Bachelors in Physics from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA. Currently, Tammy is certified to teach both Computer Technology and Mathematics in the state of New Hampshire and is highly qualified in Physics and Physical Science education.

 

Tammy has been teaching both math, computer programming and computer technology courses in Milford, NH since 1996. She also has been teaching computer programming and math for Phillips Academy's Summer Session in Andover, MA since 1998. She is frequently sought by colleagues for advice and assistance for technology integration.

 

Since July of 2008 Tammy has been the Featured Writer for Suite101's Teacher Tips and Training category. Her writings have been utilized by online training courses, professional reference material and connected to by educational bloggers. She has also been contacted for training advice by districts and school principals.


In June of 2009 Tammy accepted the position of Southern NH Education Examiner. 


In December 2010 Tammy accepted the position of Freelance Editor for Briona Glen, a small publisher in southern New Hampshire.
